Bolivar, Mo. – SBU women's basketball head coach Matt Bollant announces Regan Bollant as his new assistant basketball coach.
 
"Regan is a really good basketball coach and a great fit for the mission of Southwest Baptist!   She cares deeply for the players she coaches and is a great role model for them.  She loves Recruiting and players and recruits love her as well." – Matt Bollant said.
 
Regan joins the Bearcats after spending the past two seasons at Bryan College. There she helped guide the program to two winning seasons and a 35-19 record. This past season, the Lions made the NAIA National tournament as well as improving the teams' conference record from 12-9 to 18-2 in two seasons.
 
Before joining the Bryan Coaching staff, Regan spent the 2023-24 season as the graduate assistant at Eastern Illinois University. There she helped lead the team to an 11-7 conference record and a conference tournament win, the only tournament the team has won since she has left.

Regan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Milligan University where she played collegiate basketball. She went on to earn her Masters of Science in Sports Management at Eastern Illinois University.
