Bolivar, Mo. – For the first time since 2015 an SBU football member has been named an All-American by two different polls in the same season. Logan Turner earns this award by being named to The Associated Press 2^nd team All-American, as announced Wednesday afternoon. This award comes on the heels of being named 2^nd team All-American for the AFCA poll.

Logan Turner led the entire Nation in field goals made this year with 20 and 8^th in the Nation in field goal percentage. He also broke numerous SBU records including career field goals made, PAT made, and season field goals made. Throughout his three year career he has 5 of the longest 7 field goals made by a Bearcat, currently tying the longest with 52 yards.
